How do you help my profitability?
RHOSI helps improve your revenues by giving you a tool to intelligently and easily match the fees your charge to the services you give your residents. As well, RHOSI helps you better manage your staff costs by optimizing their availability when and where they're needed. In summary, we improve your profitability by reducing staffing costs and improving revenues.

Who manages all this information?
Typically, most of the work is done by the Director of Care or someone of similar responsibility. Once the system is set up for the organization and for the home, it's really a matter of keeping the staffing up-to-date, and doing regular assessments of your residents. The time spent is easily recouped through easier financial conversations with residents and their families, and better management of staffing resources.

What if I don't have any computer knowledge?
If you can browse the web, then RHOSI will be easy to use. You really only need a working knowledge of a keyboard and mouse, and your good knowledge of your retirement home business, to do well with RHOSI.

Do you manage each staff's workload and time?
What RHOSI does is report on your total staff availability and workload, by staff type. For example, our reports make it easy to find out the availability of your PSW staff as well as when they're needed. This helps you plan your staff schedules accordingly.

Do you integrate with time-clocks?
We do not. RHOSI's intent is to give you macro-level information for business decision-making, rather than micro-level details that bog you down.

Can you tell me how to implement the software?
Absolutely. Our subscribers have access to our implementation guides and tutorials. As well, we have experienced consultants available on a project basis that can help implement the software, train your staff, and implement a culture of fiscal service.

Do you do billing?
RHOSI's main task is helping you increase your revenues through better understanding of residents' needs, and reduce staff costs through better scheduling of staff. We don't do billing.

How much does this cost?
RHOSI is charged out on a per-home basis, on a sliding scale based on the number of homes. Contact us for details, please.

What's the payback or ROI?
Most of our customers will start seeing a payback within six months of operations with RHOSI. Once your revenues start to rise, RHOSI's return on the initial six months' investment has annualized an average of 1,250%. As they say, it's a no-brainer...

How secure is my data?
All our communications are secured via SSL with 2048-bit encryption. This is one of the strongest forms of data encryption available today. Furthermore, our servers are in a tier-1 data center complex in Canada, and backed up to another such complex elsewhere in Canada. Physical and Internet-based security is addressed to meet the needs of the most demanding of our customers.
